Wayne brings more than 22 years of progressive management experience to his clients.  He has a proven track record of successful projects and also has experience in a wide variety of industries including medical device, consumer packaged goods, third party logistics and high tech.

Wayne has hands-on operations experience in many different functional areas, such as manufacturing, distribution, purchasing, sourcing, quality, transportation, scheduling and warehousing.  He has the ability to establish sound, logical business processes around various principles such as Theory of Constraints (TOC), lean or flow manufacturing and the Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR).  He also has broad exposure and familiarity with a number of ERP and Supply Chain software applications, including experience implementing SAP, Oracle, IFS, Infor, Microsoft, HighJump and RedPrairie.  Wayne is also fluent in Spanish.
